Terms of Service for Churches and Organizations
Overview: These terms govern the use of services on our website for organizations and churches (“Users”). By using the services, Users accept these terms.
User Content: Your user content must not be illegal, must not infringe on third-party legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to lawsuits against you, us, or any third party (in each case under any applicable law).
Unacceptable Use: Any form of misuse or attempted misuse of the services, including actions that violate ethical guidelines such as hate speech, racism, antisemitism, or other actions contrary to God’s word, may result in a warning or exclusion from our services.
Error Reporting: Any errors or bugs experienced must be reported to post@dittmote.no.
Purchase Terms: Only one congregation per organization number/profile is allowed unless otherwise specifically agreed. Abuse of this may result in a warning or exclusion from our service. Norwegian purchase law applies to all transactions. Services purchased are non-refundable unless the error is due to user error or if there has been communication with customer service.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on our website.
Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved by Norwegian courts.
Terms for Subscription and Recurring Payments

Subscription Model:
- By ordering our product or service, you agree that your card will be charged on a recurring basis.
- This is a subscription model, and you commit to paying for the product or service according to the specified periods.

Automatic Payments:
- Automatic monthly payments occur at the same time each month from the moment the subscription was initiated.

First Payment:
- The first time you order, your card will be charged immediately.
- This initial payment grants you access to the product or service.

Recurring Payments:
- After the first payment, your card will be charged at fixed intervals, depending on the price plan you have chosen:
- Every month
- Every quarter
- Every half-year
- Every year
- We charge your card exactly one month after the first payment was made. If you have selected a different period, the charge will occur precisely after the specified period has expired according to your chosen price plan.

Cancellation of Subscription:
- If you cancel a subscription, payments already made will not be refunded.
- You cannot reverse the cancellation, but you can always subscribe again.
Subscription Terms

Subscription:
- By subscribing, you accept that the subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each new period unless canceled according to our termination terms.
- Payment for the subscription will be automatically deducted at the start of each new period unless the subscription is canceled.
- A period runs from the date you entered the agreement until the period time has elapsed. We offer the following periods: 1 month, 4 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

Termination:
- You can terminate the subscription at any time by sending a written notice to post@dittmote.no.
- The termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We have no notice period for termination.

Refund upon Termination:
- Upon termination, no refunds will be given for services already paid, even if several months of the subscription period remain.
All prices are listed including VAT.

Warranty Rights
Private Customers: In accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act, you as a private customer have a warranty right of 2 years from the date of purchase for digital services. The warranty covers defects and deficiencies that arise during normal use of the service.
Churches and Organizations (Business Customers): For businesses, the Sales Act applies, which provides a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Claims must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was or should have been discovered.
Right of Withdrawal
Private Customers: In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a private customer have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully delivered and you have expressly consented to the commencement of delivery before the withdrawal period expires.
Churches and Organizations (Business Customers): The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
